This is an appeal from a bankruptcy court's award of damages to a debtor, Ana de Jesus Saez (""de Jesus""), based upon the harm she suffered when a secured creditor, George Rieckehoff, sold her house in purported violation of the automatic stay provisions of the Bankruptcy Act of 1978, 11 U.S.C. § 361. The bankruptcy court's order awarding damages was sustained on appeal by the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. We reverse.
